Understanding severe period pain can be tricky for everyone. PPEP Talk® is here to better equip people to understand period and pelvic pain. This session provides people with key knowledge to manage their pain, support others and stay involved in important activities. It helps those who experience pelvic pain better understand their pain and find tools to deal with it.
